Leg Exercises for Desk Workers
Simple leg exercises you can do at your desk to improve circulation, reduce stiffness, and prevent leg pain.
Prolonged sitting compresses the veins in your legs and slows blood circulation, leading to stiffness and even deep vein thrombosis risk. Simple desk-side exercises make a big difference: ankle circles (30 seconds each direction), seated leg raises (10 per side), calf raises (20 reps), and seated knee extensions (10 per side). Do these every hour, especially if you can't take a walking break. Use our Posture Score tool to set reminders.
